Q1 Can I change my preferences once I sign up?
A1 Yes, login to your account and click on your name in the upper left hand side of the menu bar.
Q2 What is a Micropay account?A2 Micropay is your "purse" on this website. You can use it toward your purchases if your Micropay balance is greater than or equal to the purchase amount in your shopping cart.
Q3 What does the "cropping side" mean?A3 Most digital cameras take pictures that are not sized to 4"x6" or 5"x7". They typically will be too tall so cropping is required to make the picture the correct proportion in order to fit our calendars. If cropping is not performed, the image will look too wide and disproportionate. Choose the side that has the least amount of material that you want in the picture. i.e. If there is a lot of sky in the picture and not grass in front of the house, then crop the top. Typically, cropping the center is the best choice since most pictures are centered.
Q4 How quickly will my order ship?A4 Your order will be shipped within 3-4 business days after your order is placed. You can check your order status on our website to see if your order has shipped or not.
Q5 Is there a volume discount available?A5 Since the nature of realestate is one house sale at a time, there are no volume discounts available.
Q6 What if I don't place the order right when my customer purchases their house, is there a discount if I don't want the postcards?A6 We highly recommend giving your customer the New Address Postcards along with the calendar as soon as possible after the sale is closed. They are a great way to increase your word of mouth advertising. However, we do realize that sometimes you may want to give a calendar to past customers and they won't be able to use them. For this reason, we have implemented a coupon code to be entered at checkout. The coupon code is "NOPOSTCARDS" and it will reduce the price of the calendar package by $2.00 for every calendar that is in your cart.
Q7 Why do you charge $5 to change my logo?A7 We have several desktop publishers that work for us to make these changes. Graphic design work is expensive and time consuming. We have strived to offer the best price that we can and will continue to do so.
Q8 Once I place an order, can I make changes to it?A8 Once an order is place it is not changeable. Please verify all of your information before it is submitted.

Q10 Can I personalize the customized letter to say something different? A10 Not at this time. This feature may be possible in future updates.
Q12 Are there any restrictions for the calendars?A12 Moments To Remember USA, LLC reserves the right to accept or reject photos or wording they feel is inappropriate to be used on the calendar or on any part of the calendar program.We have the right to accept or reject any special request on any part of the calendar or calendar program. We are not liable for poor photos,wording, spelling errors or omissions on the calendar or any part of the calendar program. Corrections will be gladly made as needed.
